What is recorded here
Identified from an aerial photograph (Bruff Survey: Map 22, Bruff 69) and described by Doody (2008, 130) as an 'oval platformed enclosure, 48m N-S x 28m E-W, surrounded by ditch (4m wide) and broad outer bank, c. 6m wide at base and c. 0.3m above base of ditch'; the morphology of this enclosure indicates that it may be Bronze Age in date (ibid.).
