Overlooking Powerhead Bay. Rectangular (long axis E-W) 2-storey double gable-ended structure. Front (S) of 5 bays; central doorway; sash windows with glazing bars; chimneys on gables. E gable is weather-slated. Second building to N is a long, gable-ended, 2-storey structure divided into three separate residential units.
