Detached single-storey rendered turbine house, built c. 1915. L-plan, water wheel to east. Flat roof missing. Unpainted roughcast walling. Square-headed window openings, thin concrete sills, steel casement windows. Square-headed door opening, door missing. Cast-iron and steel water wheel. On north bank of Feorish River, Foyoges Bridge to west, steep river bank to north.
This water-wheel and turbine station is of historical and technical interest as an early example of localised hydro-electric power generation.
