Hut site in Clooneen (tireragh By.) is a hut site in Clooneen (tireragh By.), County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies a slightly raised circular area 8m across, enclosed by a low earth and stone bank 3.4m wide at the base and 0.3m high inside. The bank is absent from the west to north, while a 2m break at the southeast marks the original entrance. The site sits on a slight south-facing slope in pasture, 4m south of the external base of the bank enclosing a nearby rath.
Situated on a slight S-facing slope in pasture, 4m to S of external base of bank enclosing a rath (SL011-090001-). Slightly raised circular area (diam. 8m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth base 3.4m; int. H 0.3m). From W-N the bank is absent. A break (Wth 2m) in the bank at SE marks the position of the original entrance.
