Terrace of ten two-bay single-storey houses, built 1884, and number eleven built 1900. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and dormer windows. Rendered walls. Retaining some timber sliding sash windows. Replacement casement windows and doors.

This group of houses is a significant contributor to the architectural heritage in the city. Built in the late nineteenth century this group of modest houses is unusually unaltered and retains much of the original scale and form. These houses are representative of the design and materials which were employed in the construction of artisan dwellings at that time in Ireland.
