Attached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1800. Now disused. Pitched corrugated sheet roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and half-glazed timber battened door.

Simple geometric volumes creating pleasing form, while small openings create pleasing void to mass ratio. Steeply pitched roof and large chimneystack indicate its vernacular origins. Although vacant, retains notable fabric including sash windows.
