Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1840, having two-bay flat-roofed extension to rear (south) elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills to front (north) elevation, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window and replacement uPVC window to rear elevation, timber battened door to front elevation and half-glazed timber battened door to rear elevation. Rendered boundary wall to front of site.
Simple pleasing façade created by simple openings in modestly sized house. Enhanced by retention of timber sash windows and roof slates.
