What is recorded here

Two oval houses, thirty-three to thirty-nine feet across, overlapped inside the ringfort. They were not twins; one stretched longer while the other remained broader. Both fit within the same defensive boundary, suggesting occupancy rather than a single ceremonial act. The overlap may mark renewal, division or forgetting. In a small fortified world, even domestication repeated itself.
