What is recorded here
Situated on a gentle rise, in pasture, with wide views of the surrounding landscape. In the centre of a ringfort (WM024-109002-) is a rectangular-shaped house site. A linear bank and fosse extend from the NW corner to the ringfort bank at N. Site levelled as modern quarry now located in area where ringfort was located.
