Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1920, with lean-to extension to rear (west) elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimney stacks to gables and uPVC and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls with rendered plinth. Square-headed openings to windows with concrete sills and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to entrance with raised rendered surround, timber panelled door having sidelights with three-pane overlight. Rendered boundary walls with piers and double-leaf wrought-iron gates.
This well proportioned house occupies a prominent position in the landscape and by retaining its original form and fabric, contributes positively to the architectural heritage of the area.
