Semi-detached four-bay single-storey house, c.1910. uPVC windows with granite lintels. Repointed granite rubble walls with painted brick dressings to openings. Advanced gable-fronted porch with replacement timber panelled door. Hipped slate roof with central red brick chimney stack.
One of a pair of semi-detached houses showing the quality of early twentieth-century local authority design. This modest house retains some original fabric and its original proportions.
