Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with later extension to side (north) and recent extensions to rear (west) and side (south). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows having concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door. Rubble limestone wall with gate piers.
Overlooking Carrigillihy harbour this well proportioned house occupies a prominent position in the landscape. The retention of key features such as small openings and timber sash windows enliven the building's symmetrical façade. It makes a picturesque addition to the surrounding area.
