Tobar Muine, a holy well in Lisnacrilla, Mullendunny, disappeared from memory before it vanished from the land. In the 1940s, pilgrims still walked north from Jagoe's Mills to kneel at its water, but even that practice had ceased by the time anyone thought to mark the spot. The well may have been buried under brambles, forgotten in a field, or simply stopped being believed. Its absence is not empty; it is a shape held in the minds of people who stopped visiting but never stopped remembering.

In the 1940s a holy well called 'Tobar Muine' was recorded as being a short distance N of Jagoe's Mills. It was also noted that pilgrimages to it had ceased.
