What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, having pair of full-height canted end bays flanked recessed entrance with balcony to first floor. Single-bay two-storey addition to east. Hipped and pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings.
A handsome house which retains much of its historic character and charm. The canted end bays break up the entrance front and enliven the roof lines. It is an interesting reminder of the scale and quality of houses that were built in this area before it became a popular suburb.
