Graveyard in Ballygarth is a church burial ground in County Meath, Ireland, where the Peppard family interred their dead after acquiring the land in the 1650s. Headstones line the interior rather than an outside field, forcing the living to walk past the dead every time they enter. The River Nanny still bends 130m north, carrying rain and memory away from the stones.

Ballygarth church (ME028-03----) is situated on a slight rise in the valley of the W-E River Nanny, with the meandering stream c. 130m to the N. There is no evidence of a surrounding graveyard, but the land at Ballygarth passed to the Peppard family in the 1650s, and the church became the family burial ground.
