What is recorded here
The medieval chapel (LI049-063002-) of Duntryleague may have stood inside the graveyard which consists of a roughly rectangular-shaped area (approx. dims. 45m N-S x 56m E-W) enclosed by post-1700 stone wall with entrance gate at W. The fort (LI049-063004-) of Duntryleague lies immediately to ENE of graveyard. It is possible that the chapel may have stood inside the fort immediately to NE or elsewhere within the townland of Duntryleague.
