Situated on the NE side of a small NW-SE stream, which is c. 30m to the SW. The site of the parish church of Clongeen (WX040-027001-) is in a raised rectangular graveyard (dims c. 60m E-W; c. 30m N-S) defined by masonry walls. St Edan's Well (WX040-026----) is c. 350m to the NW.
