Gallan is a leaning standing stone in West Cork, tilted north-west against a buried companion on a rough grazing slope. It has watched the valley for centuries, steady enough to mark, damaged enough to become a story about endurance.

In rough grazing on N-facing slope. Irregular stone aligned ENE-WSW (H 2.2m; 1.4m x 0.2m). Stone leans heavily to NNW and is resting against a similar size half-buried stone.
