Horseshoe-shaped mound (L 16m; Wth 13m; H 0.85m), partially overgrown: located in scrubland (currently being reclaimed) at bottom of slope. Opening to SE (Wth 6m). Surface disturbed due to clearance of scrub. Drainage channel cuts through 'arms' of mound. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
