Fulacht Fiadh

In reclaimed pasture. Grass-covered spread of burnt material (24m N-S). Spring and stream, shown on 1936 OS 6-inch map immediately W of site, have been drained. One of three fulachta fiadh (10903, 10911) recorded by Bowman (1934, 137) on John Flynn's land. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
