Walled garden on sub-rectangular plan, laid out c.1860, having rubble stone boundary walls with horizontal stone copings, raised corners and with square-headed openings to three sides, one with red brick flat arch to entrance to south. Ruinous outbuilding to southeast. Set in mature woodland in former Fox Hall estate, east of Letterkenny.

An impressive walled garden whose walls remain relatively intact and form an attractive feature in a mature wooded demesne landscape. It is of architectural and social interest and serves as a reminder of the extensive resources required to run and maintain a country estate in Ireland in the nineteenth century.
