In grounds of Leamcon House. Three lintelled niches (H 0.17m; Wth 0.17m; D 0.23m) at 1.25m off ground on external N wall of walled garden; possible beam support niches. Circular stone-lined shaft (D 1.31m; diam. 0.97m) to N; stone-lining extends above ground (H 0.5m) with single flat capstone; possible remains of fish cellar (pallace). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
