Fairy fort in Tinnahinch, County Laois: a circular earthworks site, about twenty-eight metres across, with a two-to-two-point-five-metre bank and no visible ditch. People may have lived there, excluded others, or marked the valley edge; the shape still makes that boundary easy to see.

Situated on S face of E-W valley; a circular area (max. diam. c. 28m) defined by a bank (H 2-2.5m); no evidence of a fosse. Possible entrance at NE.
