Situated on a slight rise of ground in an undulating upland area. A circular area (diam. 21m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.4m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1m) with traces of a shallow outer fosse (Wth 4m) and an outer bank visible at E only where the outer bank is incorporated into a field fence, elsewhere destroyed. No clear entrance feature visible.
