Fairy fort in Lyradane, County Cork: a 39.5m earthen ring on a south-facing pasture slope, its two-metre bank broken only to the north, where a trackway still skims the remaining curve. People may have lived inside that shallow circle, or excluded them from it; the gap and path suggest entry was remembered, not forgotten.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (39.5m N-S) defined by earthen bank (H 2m) W->ENE; low scarp elsewhere. Break in bank to N. Remaining bank skirted by trackway on N side.
