Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Lissavruggy: A circular rath, about forty-five metres across, still stands in Galway grassland, its bank and outside ditch unbroken except where a field wall cut through at northeast and southwest. The gap at east-southeast may be the original entrance, leaving the rest of the ring closed to ordinary traffic. People may have lived there, fenced stock, or avoided it because the fairies already claimed the middle.

In grassland. Circular rath (D c. 45m), in fair condition, defined by a bank and external fosse. A scarp defines the monument from N to ENE. Gap at ESE could be original.
