Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Knockaculleen OR Hollymount is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Knockaculleen OR Hollymount, County Roscommon, Ireland. The circular grass-covered area measures 36m north-south and 35m east-west at the east end of a low ridge. An earthen bank surrounds most of the perimeter, reduces to a scarp elsewhere, and leaves a 3.8m entrance at the east. A disused field bank now crosses part of the interior towards the southwest.
At the E end of a low E-W ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 36m N-S; 35m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-2.25m; int. H 0.2-0.35m; ext. H 0.7-0.75m) SW-NW and E-SSE, which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.5m at S to 1m at N) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse, but the entrance (Wth 3.8m) is at E and the interior is overlain by a disused NW-SE field bank towards the perimeter at SW.
