Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Kilballyhemikin is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Kilballyhemikin, County Tipperary, Ireland. The circular enclosure measures 38 metres across and is bounded by an earthen bank 2.2 metres wide. Its interior slopes gradually to the south, while a 3.4-metre dip outside the southeast bank provides the only evidence for a surrounding ditch.

Situated on the S-facing slope of a hillock, in very hilly, undulating terrain, in pasture. A circular area (diam. 38m N-S and E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2.2m; int. H 0.57m; ext. H 1.61m) with an entrance gap (Wth 2.6m) at E. A gap (Wth 1.5m) at SW, possibly broken through the bank, may be a modern feature. A slight dip outside the bank at SE (Wth 3.4m) is the only evidence for a fosse. The interior slopes gradually to the S.
