Coniferous trees now choke the thirty-one-metre circle on the Cornalaragh drumlin, hiding the earthen bank and southern causeway beneath green shadow. The fairies likely rejected human eyes long before men planted the forest, claiming the ridge for their own dark games. What remains is a breath-held boundary where mortal soil ends and fantasy begins, waiting for someone bold enough to stop measuring and start listening.

Located on the summit of a NW-SE drumlin ridge. This is a circular area (diam. 31m NW-SE; 31m NE-SW) planted with coniferous trees, which is defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.4m-7.7m; int. H 0.5-0.9m; ext. H 2.2-2.8m) that is reduced to a scarp (H c. 4m) NNE-NE, with traces of an external fosse in a berm (Wth 6m) NNW-SE. The modernised entrance (Wth of base 1.8m) with a causeway (Wth of top 1.7m; H 0.7m) is at SE.
