Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Corlisbrattan is a raised circular area, forty-four point eight metres across, enclosed by two substantial earthen banks separated by a wide deep fosse. Its south-east breaks and faint causeway mark the original entrance, though dense vegetation now swallows much of the shape. People may have lived, hidden or ritualised inside that double-ringed circle before the land forgot the names of its keepers.

Raised circular area (int. diam. 44.8m) enclosed by two very substantial earthen banks with a wide, deep intermediate fosse. Corresponding breaks in banks at SE with traces of accompanying causeway, represents original entrance. Densely overgrown with vegetation.
