Fairy fort in Breeny More, County Cork: a circular earthen ring, 32.7m by 30.5m, with a 3.9m bank partly stone-faced and topped by a stone wall. It sits on a slight south-facing slope above a farmyard, reached by modern stone steps through a gap to the northwest. People may have lived there, marked territory there, or simply avoided the fairies said to keep it.

In pasture, atop slight prominence, on S-facing slope. Circular raised area (32.7m N-S; 30.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 3.9m), stone faced in parts. Bank topped by stone wall NW->S. Modern gap to NW, with stone steps leading down to farmyard. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
