No entrance remains visible on the forty-five-metre circle, suggesting the fort defied easy entry or has simply forgotten how to be found. The low earthen bank and wide external fosse still mark a boundary where human life may have turned, hidden, or vanished. The missing gate transforms the fort from a ordinary home into a waiting room, preserving the possibility that it admitted only those who knew its rules.

A circular area (diam. 45.3m) defined by a low bank (Wth c. 2m, int. H c. 0.2m, ext. H c. 1.1m) and with an external fosse (Wth c. 6.2m) visible at E, SE-W, NW and N.
