Excavation is an excavation, miscellaneous in Ballypheasan, County Roscommon, Ireland. Archaeological work recorded two rectangular pits near St Comán's holy well, including one measuring 2.35m by 2.1m and 0.3m deep. No artefacts emerged from either pit or the well itself.

Archaeological excavation (04E1413) recorded a rectangular pit (RO039-047001-) just to the N of St Comán's holy well (RO039-047----) and another rectangular pit (dims 2.35m x 2.1m; D 0.3m) was just to its SE, but no artefacts were recovered from either pit, or the well.
