What is recorded here
Located in a large arable field c. 700m N of the Bog of the Ring and c. 223m NW of enclosure DU004-066----, positive cropmarks indicate the presence of a sub-rectangular enclosure. The enclosure, best viewed on Apple Maps imagery (June 2018), is dissected by a modern NNW-SSE running field boundary that has been levelled. The enclosure (ext. diam. c. 68m NNW-SSE; average ext. diam. c. 40m ENE-WSW) is defined by a ditch (Wth c. 2m). Possible entrance gap over ditch to the E perimeter. The arc of a shallow N-facing curvilinear ditch can be seen running within the enclosure close to the centre.
