Enclosure in Knockalisheen (glenahiry By.)

Situated on a N-S spur towards the top of a S-facing slope with slightly higher ground to the N, and overlooking the E-W Nier river, c. 200m to the S. It is known locally as the site of a 'lios' that was removed c. 1950. Grass-covered circular area (diam. 27m) defined by a scarp (max. H 0.8m) which is best preserved E-W (downslope).
