In rough pasture, in generally level area of stream valley, at base of N-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 20m NE-SW; 18m NW-SE) defined by a scarp (Wth 1.2-1.8m; H 0.5-0.7m) which has been straightened (L 16m) at NW. Scarp has a distinctive indent where it has been partially excavated NE-ENE. Fosse (Wth 4m; D 0.2m) E-S-W is deepest E-SSE. Interior covered by dense grasses and no features are apparent. Identified as an enclosure by the Air Corps (V.311/2949-8) and GSI (R517/516; 16-4-1974). Shallow drainage channel (long-axis c. E-W) to WNW and to SSE (long axis c. N-S) of monument. Enclosure (TS066-141001-) is c. 12m to ESE.
