What is recorded here
In level pasture. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as hachured circular raised area (diam. c. 20m) on 1905 and 1936 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; roughly circular area (19.6m E-W; 17.5m N-S) defined by slight rise S->NNE; differential vegetation growth shows line of levelled bank elsewhere.
