On gentle NW-facing slope, in reclaimed pasture, abutting the townland boundary with Mountcatherine to SE and 15m W of the townland boundary with Kilduff. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 78: AP 4/3679) as a substantial circular-shaped cropmark which is cut by a public road across the S sector. Monument is visible as a faint circular-shaped cropmark (approx. dims. 42m ESE-WNW; 28m NNE-SSW) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 25/05/2017. A backfilled quarry lies 28m to NW, as depicted on the 1897 ed. OS 25-inch map.
