Enclosure in Ballywilliam (castletownarra Par.)

Situated on a W-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area overlooking Lough Derg to the W. A nearby enclosure site (TN019-008) and a possible ringfort (TN019-009) lie to the S and SE respectively. Described as a subrectangular area enclosed by a slight bank with no external fosse visible (OPW file, 1968). Destroyed by a land reclamation scheme in the late 1960s. Not visible at ground level.
