On a rise at the W edge of a shelf on a N-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 41.4m N-S; 40m E-W) defined by a rebuilt stone wall (Wth 3.7-4m; int. H 0.8-1.2m; ext. H 1.2-2m) with an extensive external spill (Wth of spill 4m at E to 7m at N; H 0.6m at N to 1.4m at W). A house site (RO006-086010-) (int. dims 8m E-W; 32.5m N-S) defined by the base of a double-faced stone wall (Wth 0.9-1.1m; max. H 0.4m) is associated with the field walls and is just E of the cashel. Rath (RO006-086002-) is c. 30m to the N, and cashel (RO006-086004-) is c. 180m to the ESE.
