What is recorded here

Not marked on 1842 and 1905 OS 6-inch maps. In pasture, on gentle ESE-facing slope with commanding view to E and SSE. Stone (H 1.3m; 1.27m x 0.8m) is subrectangular in plan, long axis NNE-SSW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
