What is recorded here
Clonminch Cemetery opened in 1852 when the Earl of Charleville granted the plot to the Rector and Church Wardens of Tullamore. Reverend Edward F. Berry solemnly consecrated the ground on March 1st, beginning a continuous tradition of burial that continues today. Random rubble walls and cast-iron gates enclose elaborately shaped markers and obelisks, proving the place remains a living anchor for local memory rather than a forgotten ruin.
Clonminch Cemetery is a graveyard in County Offaly, Ireland.
