Cloghstaikagh is an urn burial site in County Carlow, Ireland. Men dug away earth at the base of a standing stone, hoping to remove it, and broke an urn in the process. They left behind a bone pin, now preserved in the National Museum of Ireland. The dead had waited beneath that stone longer than the men wanted it to stand.

In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. A portal dolmen dating to the Neolithic period; it represents an early form of megalithic tomb construction associated with communal burial practices in Ireland.
