Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1860, retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1985. Road fronted.

An appealing modest-scale house of balanced proportions that retains its original form and most of its original fabric, and which contributes to the character of the streetscape.
