What is recorded here

South-facing slopes in County Cork still hold the buried church within their tillage. A grass-covered mound marks the northern edge where worship once gathered before forgetting took the stones. The land keeps what memory released.

Not shown on 1842 and 1904 OS 6-inch maps; marked within burial ground (14145) on 1937 OS 6-inch map. In tillage, at base of S-facing slope. According to Bowman (1934, 520), 'A grass covered mound on the N of the site shows site of church'. No visible surface trace of burial ground or church.
