Church in Gortnascregga

Bowman (1934, 150) recorded church site and burial ground (14105) on J. Goulding's land; 'On the North of the enclosure, many grass-covered mounds mark the site of the church.' Exact location not known. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
