In marshy ground, on S bank of stream and within small tree plantation. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (18m E-W; 8.8m N-S; H 1.6m); opening (Wth 4.2m) faces N. Some trees planted atop mound. Second fulacht fiadh (10685) c. 200m to SW. Probably one of seven fulachta fiadh (see 10687) recorded in townland by Bowman (1934, 391).
