Children's burial ground in Newtown Upper marks a small valley brow where unbaptised children were traditionally laid to rest beside an oblong church mound. The circular enclosure may be the remains of an early ecclesiastical site, giving the pasture a quiet edge of sacred memory. Even without names or dates, the place suggests a community setting aside a narrow strip of earth for its smallest losses.

Situated in pastureland on the brow of a small valley overlooking a stream. A children's burial ground traditionally used for the burial unbaptised children. It is located with a circular enclosure which maybe the remains of an early ecclesiastical enclosure (DU024-001003-).
