Cahermore Fort

In gently undulating grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (NE-SW 36m, NW-SE 31.5m) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. Quarrying has encroached upon the inner bank and fosse at SW and N. A field wall overlies the outer bank from S through W to NW, and a second wall obscures it at E.
