Detached four-bay two-storey building, built c.1820, now vacant. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Timber battened doors. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Segmental-arched carriage opening with timber battened double doors.
The functional nature of this building is emphasised by the design of the carriage arch and other openings. It retains many original features and materials such as the battened timber doors, sash windows and slate roof.
